How to launch Public Boards
Create QR boards that people can scan to read information or leave messages - no apps or login required.
Step 1
Create an admin account
Create an account so you can manage your boards and see incoming messages. Everything you create will live under this account. As admin you will be able to receive email notifications for new messages, delete messages, pin messages, see analytics and more.
Step 2
Create a QR collection
Collections help you organise boards by place, project or event. For example: 'Apartment Building A', 'Music Festival 2025', 'Company Website' or 'Art Studio'.
Step 3
Add boards to the collection
Each board represents one physical or digital spot where people scan a QR code. Examples names: 'Lobby entrance', 'Stage feedback', 'Conditioner instructions', 'Artwork label'. You can make boards public or private depending on who should see messages.
Step 4
Download and place the QR code
Every board has its own QR code and link. Download it and place it wherever people will see it - posters, stickers, screens or your website.
Step 5
Start collecting messages
People scan the QR code to read information or leave a message instantly. No account or app is needed. You see everything in your admin view.
